EXT. OUTSIDE OF HOUSE - DAY
The door of the house opens. BELLE and a man walk towards a beige
Plymouth Barracuda. It looks like they're in a hurry.
Have you checked the oil, coolant and brake fluid levels? Air pressure? Tire wear? Have you taken enough supplies? It's not going to be a week-end trip.
Do we have a flashlight? We'll need a GPS. We'll need cash too.
Have you checked the weather? Just because we're going south it doesn’t mean it’s going to be sunny. Check water. Check food. Take a crowbar.
On the music side, we're covered. I've got this, On Time by In Fields.
A guy I fucked once in Paris gave me this CD, he told me it was released on his label or whatever. You'll love it.
The title track, On Time, you'll love it so much you'll almost forget all the shit that went down here. You'll be skinny-dipping in your own emotions when you'll hear Teeth. It's much like the grinding sound of
a well-endowed night out, the sound of munching souls.
And during our trip I'm sure you'll enjoy The View (pun intended). It sounds like Two Lone Swordsmen if they had guns.
There are 2 remixes on the disc, too. First one's a frenchie, name's FKCLUB. He takes On Time, puts a Primal Scream on it and perfectly tailors it for the dancefloors of the Kingdom. Second one's an italian, Brioski. His song is a basic-acid (pun intended, again) cavalcade heading towards Analog City.
Are we ever coming back here?
No. (enters car)
In Fields is a UK-based 2-headed act. After their Silverback EP (2011 Kill em all), their Beginnings (2012 La Belle) has been supported by Daniel Avery, Justin Robertson, Arnaud Rebotini and many others,
